I've tried to search but had no real luck. Is recovery time from heavy to failure workouts shorter while you are on PHs? I would think it would be as thats sort of the point of any of the anabolics, to speed muscle rebuilding which should shorten recovery time. Or would the fact that there is more muscle building going on mean the recovery time takes longer?
My definition of recovery time is both soreness of that muscle group, as well as time before ability to lift as much (or more) weight as during the last strength workout. For me non-ph recovery time is 18-36 hrs on soreness, and 3-4 days for full strength recovery, I haven't done a cycle.
