Trilostane: A synthetic derivative of androstane with adrenocortical suppressive properties. Trilostane reversibly inhibits 3 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase delta 5-4 isomerase in the adrenal cortex, resulting in the decreased synthesis of mineralocorticoids and glucocorticoids and the decreased conversion of pregnenolone to progesterone. (NCI04)

Anyone ever try this? It is used to treat Cushing's syndrome

I read on another forum that your body will adapt to it after about 18 days on. The post was by a board mod and I have no idea about the credibility of the board but they mentioned it wasnt worth the sides.
