Test P/Tren A PCT reccomendations?

hey guys,

what do you reccomend for post cycle therapy for the following cycle?

my first time using Tren
Wk 1-10 Test Prop 100mg EOD(mon,wed,fri,sun injections)
Wk 1- 6 Tren Ace 50mg EOD(injected together with prop)

Prop comes in 100mg/ml and Tren Ace at 100mg/ml too...

Currently 1.5wks into my 12wk test E/dbol cycle which is my 3rd cycle.
