3. Pray like a m*&^%$!@#$%^!(MONK)

And hope god is listening.

Or you can always visit your local Doctor, There good for some things as well.

hah, preach on brother!!

Start nolva at 40mg (could even go 60mg) and run that for a week, see what it does for you, slowly ramp down then.

Read the forums I posted earlier for symptoms! If they itch, swollen and feel like there something behind them you better do something quick. The longer you wait the worst they can get.
Nolva is taken orally. Pills or liquid
