Norandrostenedione and anti-estrogenic properties

What do you think about this statement by Bill Roberts?

"Norandrostenedione can be converted to estrone by aromatase, but is a very poor substrate for that enzyme. It can actually act as a competitive inhibitor, blocking better substrates such as androstenedione or testosterone. It is possible then, though unproven, that norandrostenedione might have some value as an aromatase inhibitor in bodybuilding."

Do you think that it could be deduced from this statement that Nordione is less likely to produce estrogenic side effects than nordiol?

Nor-diol, because it is a diol does not a convert to estrogen prior to coversion to the target hormone nandrolone. Since 19nor converts to the same target hormone and may aromatase before conversion, I would say the dione has the greater potential. Although since the conversion rate of nor-diol is higher, you might get fooled into thinking the aromatase of the target hormone is higher from the nordiol.
