i was on methyl E for 26 or 27 days , put on 2 lbs with no increase in strength or anything else. Heres my prediciment. 195 with very low BF starting the cycle, 197 with the same Bf ending the cycle. now ive dropped to 193.2 and am continuing to lose weight... ive been on tamox 40mg a day and eating just the same as i was on cycle, about 4000-4500 cals a day 260-70ish protein.
