best time to take epi?

starting cycle tomorrow, what time is the best to take epistane? i plan on starting first day with 10mg, then second day with 20mg, then 30mg for the 3rd day and sticking to that for the cycle... what is best time to take them? before i work out? in the morning, spread out evenly? thanks.
