I know you shouldn't eat for 30-45 minutes after taking T3, but what about sipping on BCAAs?
I want to be able to wake up, take my T3/clen, have a scoop of aminos, do some cardio for 20-30 mins, then make breakfast (25g protein, 6 egg whites, 2 yolks, oatmeal). I'd rather not have to wait 45 mins before taking aminos, because I have class in the mornings and dont want to wake up SUPER early.
Do you think the aminos will mess up the absorbtion of the T3? Or is it ok because they are like broken down protein and arent the same as eating regular food?
Any help/info would be appreciated
