ergomax + havoc pulsing help

i need some advice if pulsing these two compounds will be effective or is better to go solo with havoc and if possible some dosing scheme, this obviously is not my first cycle and these are my stats

1.86 cm height
90 kg
13%bf

it will be a recomp cycle, i have to add some perfect cycle or is counterproductive as mentioned by Dr.D?

Yah, those two will work awsome together on a pulse. I wouldnt go over 40mg's total per day though. Lots of people are planning on mega-dosing the crap out of these orals on pulses, but I think its kind of pointless. Your receptors can only respond so much, and so its just a waste. I havent went over 42mgs/day of anything on a pulse and get awsome results. Go for the minimum dose to get good results and your pulse will go great. Dont try to max everything out like some people, IMO this will only de-sensitize your receptors and will not give you better results. If your a decent size do 20mgs epi and 20mgs lmg per day. If your a little smaller do 20mgs lmg, 10 mgs epi per day. Less is sometimes more.

EDIT: this is kind of an extreme sort of example, but would you take 1000mgs caffiene if you only needed 200mgs? Its not exactly the same, but I think you know what I mean.
