Mohn/M5aa cycle planned. Need info plz.

I plan to use up my vacuum sealed Ph's for good. I have :

180 caps Mohn-XT 4mg a tab
80 caps m5aa
1 bottle of old school formadrol v2
2 bottles of nolva.

Should i use the formadrol on cycle or just ditch it?

Diet is in check. Keto diet. "strict carb ups"

Goal is a lean gains & cut up more.

Question is, length of cycle : 4,5,6 weeks of the mohn?
M5aa - during that cycle of mohn or as a finisher?

I would do an 8 weeker with the MOHN. Its up to you on the M5AA whether to use it during the cycle or not. Some people do and some don't. Most use it pre-workout as a boost for strength and energy. You could use it low dose on off days and then at a much higher dose pre-workout...

Question. I just got hozed on my work schedule for the next few months. I can only really lift 3 days a week.

Is taking this cycle even worth it. On days i work i do cardio. No time to hit gym.

Week one almost down the tubes.
I started taking L
Mohn 24mg (2 caps morning,day night)
1 cap of Formadrol v2 midday
M5aa 40mg on workout days. (preworkout)

Maybe i am paranoid, but after i did chest & tri's i looked at myself hours after. My chest was flat & pumped. Today as i type now, it seems kinda puffy but not as flat as the day i worked out.

What are the lines between water retention,fat, or gyno maybe starting?

When i flex, it feels like muscle but i am unsure.

No itchyness, No puffy nipples.
