My Test cypionate/ Havoc log : )

alright, i've been running my havoc since tuesday and starting monday im going to start running my test. I'm currently 5'10 187lbs around 9% body fat.....im looking to put on close to 20 pounds this time around....im going to log this thing out because im overly excited! Here is what my cycle is going to look like.....

week 1.....havoc 30mg/day

weeks 2-5..... havoc 30mg/day,500mg test cypionate/week

weeks 6-8....havoc 40mg/day, 500mg test cypionate/week

weeks 9-12....500mg test cypionate, arimidex

PCT: toremifine,mass fx/hyperdrol x-2

Supps taken through the whole cycle: Liv 52, Cycle Support, WMS, Xtend, Poseiden, Anabolic Pump, Cissus, Bulk BCAA's, ON 100%, Dymatize Elite whey......About week 8 im going to switch from xtend over to purple wraath and see which one i like best

My cycle history is pretty short....
1st- phera plex/Halodrol 50
2nd- Superdrol/ Phera Plex
3rd- Mega-H/Phera-Max/Mega Zol

This will pretty much be my first cycle with injectables, about a year ago i started test Ethanate and Equipoise, but stopped after two weeks due to a slight MCL tear

but dude, are you really going to run havoc for 8 weeks?

i have a buddy who ran epi 30/40/50/50/50/50/50/50 i would NEVER recommend it but he put 100 pounds on his bench 405-500, he weighs in high 200's if not 300.
