PCT for test-e/anadrol

I originally posted this in the PCT forum but got no responses

I am starting my cycle of Test-E 500 mg per week for 10 weeks with Andadrol 50 mg per day for weeks 1-4. I have nolva and HCG for post cycle therapy and was wondering your suggestions on when to take what for PCT. Thanks bros
