Epi/Havoc dosing timing.......
In all the threads on Epi/Havoc there seems to be a million ways to dose the products so maybe it does not really matter in the grand scheme of things but I was curious if there is a "best way".
Should 30mg or 40mg be spread 3-4 times per day, should it be taken all at once, etc.
In simplistic terms if I get a bad headache and take advil for example, I find that 2 or 3 caps at once better then 1 cap 3 times a day, while if I have some ongoing type soreness then 1 tab 3 times a day works better then 1 large dose.
So which dosing scheme works best for maximum effect in the epi/havoc case? I know there is also talk about those trying to minimize shutdown not taking it after 6:00pm and such, so I am not sure if that factors into the discussion but in this particular instance if we leave the whole shutdown issue out of the picture, what is best?

spread it out...this will be much better for gains.
30mg = breakfast....preworkout....aft er supper...also take with omega 3 or some type of fat to aid in absorbtion.

i have searched but didnt find the exact thing i was looking for and i didnt want to start another thread.
on the 40mg week, whats the dosing protocol? is it always 20mg at breakfast than 2 more 10 mgs? or 10 mg at breakfast and 20 mgs pre-w/o then another 10 5 hours later?
can someone please clear this up for me? thanks

Check out Dr D's thread on Pulsing orals. He recommended taking the bulk of dose preworkout eg. 30 mgs 1 hour before and the remainder eg 10 mgs post workout. This is what I've been doing this week. The Idea behind this is the Active gets used up exacly when it's needed. I guess its best to experiment to see what is best for you.

I am on an Epistane clone cycle...4th week and I last couple weeks I've been dosing 40 mgs, 30 mgs 2 hours pre workout and 10 mgs afterward. I am not sure I notice a difference and which is Best!
Why the different opinions? Dr D's thread states when Pulsing it's best to take most of it all at once pre workout so it gets used up when working out...others say spread out thru out the day is best. I am half way thru my 1st cycle and would like to get the best results. Does dosing all at once give a better testosterone spike? More strength when you need It maybe. Why spread it out then??
