Steriods and Lipomas

Does anyone know/have any more information regarding steroids increasing the size of a lipoma? Here is one article found:

I can say that when I was clear of any use and had 2 very small lipomas only found at that time in my lower back that as of today I have hundreds of them. There isn't much information on lipomas in themselves much less with what effects AS use has on them.

If I was a betting man I would say there is probably some kind of link but this is a uneducated stance. Lipomas are fatty tissue. Maybe it's more of a indirect link because of the fluxuation of weight and often in cases fat as well.
