From test enth to prop

I am on HRT. I take 200 mg test e/ wk. Going to run a cycle with masteron prop, anavar. Is it OK to just start prop , or should I wait a week or so?
Also, since I'm already doing 200mg test, how long will the extra 300 take to kick in? Maybe I don't need to switch to prop. Thank ya boys!
