mixing EQ and Test Enth

EQ 200mg 1ml from a 10ml jug
with
Test E 250mg 1ml from an amp

whats the best method to mix the two into a 2.5ml barrel syringe without extracting too much eQ?

? draw 1ml of each in a syringe.ist any better way to do it. =/
