    And kid, at 6'4" 175 and solid muscle don't go well together. Low fat pretzel would be more appropriate.

  5. No one is going to tell you where to get steroids and even if someone did do you really want to chance losing money/getting arrested from taking the advice of an anonymous poster on the internet...


    Oh and then there's the whole board rule about not asking for sources to be worried about too.

  8. ur not growing because ur not resting. train each muscle once a week. Y r u lifting in the morning then at night the same groups? Arnt ur muscles sore? Dont train them if they are. 5 days a week is fine. Mon legs tuesday chest wed. rest thursday back fri shoulders sat. arms. Really u should go for a four day a week program
    mon chest and tris
    tuesday legs
    wed rest
    thursday shoulders
    fri back and bis
    Ur overtrain bud, and u can train like that for years and never grow.
