I have been fast walking uphill 4 miles a day 4 days a week, 2 morning before eating and 2 after work.
Work out with weights 40 mins 4 days a week
Attend Martial arts class twice a week 3 1/2 hours a night.
Eating 6 small clean meals and 3 isopure zero carb protien shakes a day.
Still having 25 lbs to loss , should i run the 2 bottles of T-1 Final i have now or wait til i am done cutting?
This will be my 1st "cycle" of anything.
Have decent size now "i think" all natural
15" forarms 17.5" arms 19.5 " calves.
