heating injections

Just curious, does anyone hear heat their injections before they do them? I did my first delt inject the other day and all went well except it taking forever. Just wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions on how to go about heating it? And also, I would be using ampules and not vials. Thanks in advance

never done it but I'v heard a lot of good feedback on heating viles/amps before injections
