    missed a dose..help


    I'm taking the T-1 original formulas which has 10g of 4 AD, and 5g of 1-test. I takes two squirts at noon, then two squirts at midnight. I missed my midnight dose last night.

    How bad is this, and should I double up my dose right now?

    Dude relax. It's fine. Just pick up where you left off and no need to double up. Just stay as consistant as possible.
