New to the board

Hey all

I just wanted to formally say hello to everyone. I've browsed this board before in the past, but haven't joined til just now. I've been training for about 9 years now, 6 of them being serious, which for me means being very disciplined with my training schedule, my diet, and my sleep schedule. I've done many cycles of precursors and prosteroids, and a couple cycles of other stuff, though I haven't used anything in nearly 3 years. I've posted at many boards over the years including EF, Animals board, and BB.

Over the last few months, I've gradually got myself back into the disciplined state of mind and my enthusiasm in regards to eating and training is through the roof. I'm hoping to gain some more knowledge here to supplement what I already know. Not to mention, I'd like to get up to date with new trends and ways to manage one's self on cycle and post cycle.
