Prolactin induced gyno

I've had puffy nips as long as i can remember, really noticed it when i was about 12, i remember when i was younger if i squeezed them some discharge would come out, would that mean that its prolactin induced....hasent gotten better in the last 10 years, ive taken a few ph's with no change in size or discharge, starting epistane in about a week to see if it helps, anything else anyone reccomends, besides seeing a doc or getting surgery?

Are there lumps there, or is it just puffyness? Either way, I think you should speak to your doc about it before self-diagnosing.

And don't run epistane to try to reduce gyno (if you even have it) - only run a cycle if you are at a stage in your training where you feel you are ready for steroids since that is what it is.

theyre very puffy, i look solid when cold, but i dont know if its a bump but more like a lot of smaller fatty bumps
