Hey, this is my first time on this website and I have a question. I recently got Phera Plex and I've never taken anything like this before. Can someone tell me...


When do I take Phera Plex?
I much should I take?
When do I get off it?
And do I take something coming off Phera Plexn or while I am on it?
How do you cycle it?

Can anyone tell me how this all works?

i dont think no one is going to be able to help you if you dont post any stats.

Also if you run a search on the site about phera plex your going to find alot of info that might help you get the answers your looking for. Since your new i recommend that you read the site Faq http://anabolicminds.com/forum/faq.php

And since this is the first time to use something like phera i would recommend you to put it a way for a while, read and read and read some more about it. Then see if its worth it.

in general:

1) divide doses
2) 20-30 mgs per day
3) 4 weeks
4) yes, could do both there are many things, most important is post, PCT (Nolva is best, but 6oxo or Perfect PCT by the same makers of phera plex might also work)
5) cycle like anything else hormonal...time on + pct = time off
