7 weeks ago I strained my wrist (I got careless while lifting). It still hurts when I do certain things like scrubbing my back while taking a shower -- basically anything that requires the wrist to rotate, even typing, causes slight pain, but nothing unbearable. The doc said only rest will heal it, but it could be months. In the meantime I can't do certain lifts: curls, upright rows, overhand pullups because they stress the wrist.
I'm thinking of taking var @ 10-20mg/day for 4 weeks. Do you think it would help?
