    Pulsing for peak strength?

Has anyone here really tried to time their pulses with certain times in their training? This coming month I am planning a 12 week cycle and I am going to have a slow build up over 6 weeks to get back to PR levels and the last 6 weeks will be going for new PRs even if I have to microload the weights. So lets say that one will reach previous PR levels at week 6 would one want to pulse weeks 1-2, 5-6, 9-10 or weeks 3-4, 7-8, 11-12?

    mmowry,
Thanks for reps! I'll see how my experiments go. I may do Epistane in pulsing fashion the rest of the year with a few small breaks here and there and manipulate when I take in regards of where my strength is at.
