Recommended test enanthate dosing

I wanted to get your opinions on dosing test-e as far as how many shots per week. I'm going to keep it around 500 mg's per week. Is it best to take it all in one shot per week? Or spread out? Thanks

250 mg on Mon and Thurs. Use a 20g to draw and either a 23g or 25g to inject.
