I'm sure more than one of you likes to keep your toes on the correct side of the law, even though the law in this case is dumb. One way to do so, and still do a cycle or two a year: vacation!
I've heard of builders going to Thailand off season to bulk up and do legal steroids (though they encounter problems with, of all things, protein powder, from what I hear). I can think of a lot of places I'd like to go on vacation which may or may not have legal steroids which can be done on site (no, I'm not talking about bringing back; that would be illegal). I don't think this is mentioning sources, since they're countries, so I'll try to come up with a list of places, and whether or not the stuff is legal. Here's a start. Feel free to add or fill in blanks and I'll keep track of it in an updated post.

US: illegal (designers "almost" legal)

Japan: ? (I'm guessing no)
