What to use the week before my comp?

  1. What to use the week before my comp?


    I am competing in my first bodybuilding show on march 24th, and I have been cutting using Pheraplex, T3, and clen. I was thinking about changing over to a compound which is known for diuretic properites for the last week. I have Superdrol or M-DHT. What would you guys recommend?


  2. Have you been holding water on the PP. If so you can go onto PCT, or just add in nolva which helps get rid of excess water.

  3. I dont think I would want to be in a caloric deficit and on pct.

  4. Switch from PP to a dryer compound... PP definitely causes puffyness and bloat in most people.

  5. ok, would SD or M-DHT do the trick? If so, which one would you suggest?

  6. SD always dried me out and the hardness/vascularity is awesome.

  7. Yeah, I will probably go with the SD. I havent used it since this time 2 years ago. I didnt put on much mass with it, but i gained a ton of strength, cut, and was still just as strong.

  8. I am also using it as a recomp trying to get ready for spring break. I've only put on 6 lbs after 2.5 weeks but I look a lot harder, more cut, and vascular.
