I have aquestion.How long does it take to digest it cuase I took my 2 tabs this morning and 3 hours later I threw it up before I went to the gym.

humm I threw it up. I wasted 2 caps. I saw the blue and white cap on the ground when I threw it up. Well today is another day. Maybe I just need more water to push it in my system. I had close to a liter of water that morning. What if I take it with my protein shake?
