I could use some advice - was "on" during a cutting phase down below 7% bodyfat. nearly 5 months - been off for 3 months. However, my BF % is about 14% now - should I cut without "help" back to 7% then build off season "on" and plan on a show in 6 months - now or after getting back down to a low body fat. Trying to avoid being "on" when I cut. Part of this is the magic question is - how low a bf% do I need to be at to maximize muscle growth? Low - and try an gain more muscle than fat? Cut for a few weeks then try and gain for a few weeks?
