I'm kinda bored and I wanted to get some thoughts on additions/subtractions....

3) 10 weeks 250mg sust EOD/4 weeks 30mg superdrol

5'10"..200lbs..7% bodyfat..great diet..train MMA 2x week..play Hockey 1x per week..take plenty of supps including cycle support..

-210lbs maintained between cycles
-225lbs after 2nd cycle

i would take more time off.

840mg test e at only 200 lbs???

-i have somewhat of a short layoff inbetween because i want to be done the second one come spring next year
-however, i may add an additional 4 weeks off and 4 weeks of IGF allowing for 8 more weeks before the 2nd cycle

-deca and eq have great reviews of being synergistic together

Now that is a cycle! You're gonna run a little letro or something too right? Like 0.1mg/day or 0.25mg EOD? At least in wks 1-9 and 42-53? I think you'll gain more weight than you think, if you eat right. Looks good though. Man on a mission! :head:

Just what I thought, deca and eq are both progestins right? Pointless to stack them.

And at 200lbs 500 mg test e is more than enough.

I'm guessing the "x" only means a week off the gear not training completely? Surely your body is going to need some time to recover during the year. That's a huge cycle..........and one hell of a log!:lol:

i saw a dramatic difference between 500mg and 720mg of test.

the "x" only represents that i won't be taking anything during that time, i will always be training.

I personally would drop the superdrol from the second phase and just bookend with Prop (which means BOTH ends).

Watch for glands... long cycles seem to bring them out, even in people who don't have symptoms from the compounds used previously.

I'd also watch out for overtraining with all the aerobic exercise.. keep those cals up high, and higher.

Just a thought Tom, as I see you are very interested in cycle plans, and just flat out anabolics in general.. Always remember you don't need them... I don't want to sound preachy but I kind of had an epiphany, or rather caught myself becoming too engrossed in chemical support and was using it to correct flaws in my diet/training. You can get psychologically dependent on it, especially during long ones... the times off will get shorter.. and shorter. Please just be aware.. unless you plan on using your body for a career.. keep your health/safety in mind ... at least place it higher than vanity.

As I said, I really don't want to sound preachy.. I just experienced this, so ... you know. :D

yes i definitely see what you're saying...in a way i am somewhat lucky as i do not have a reliable source...i will always take long durations off...if i stuck to this plan then it would be by far my shortest duration off...i'm pretty sure i'm going to add 4 weeks off and 4 more weeks of igf-1 before the 2nd cycle

i have fitness modeled for one magazine and my goal is to get more...oh yea and lift ridiculous amounts of weight...anddddddd bang more girls

Awesome thanks i will definitely pick it up and read it..i love reading about this stuff anyway

And for the tren..i'm too concerned with hair loss for now..hah probably the least important side effect i should worry about

I’m running test e, test p, deca and eq myself… I noticed a difference after I added the eq.

I’m on this indefinitely…

And what length/dosage is everything in ur test/deca/eq cycle?
