im taking 30mg of PP and was wondering if i should try and get all 3 servings in before i lift or if it is benificial to take after lifting?? someone told me to take one in the morning and two before i lift...
You want blood levels to be stable all day long, not just when you lift. For example, you could take the 1st with breakfast, the 2nd in the afternoon, and the 3rd before bed, regardless of when you lift.
depends how bad u want a pump bro. i took xmass when i woke up, then another later in the day about 30min before lifting and ive never had a better pump in my f*uckin life. and that was only xmass lol
