Worry about gyno with X mass??

I have recently been taken X mass and most of my friends have had no problems but i heard that some do. I was wondering if there is anything i need to worry about and is it necessary to get take something after my cycle to help my body produce testostrone again?? If so, what should i take? I heard restore is good.
