Would Test cypionate and deca, be good for my first cycle?
600mg of test each week for 4 weeks, 500mg of deca per week for 4 weeks? and how long after the cycle should i begin using pct (Clomid)?

Hold off on the gear...you have lots of growing left to do naturally...and Test alone would be fine for a first cycle

No, not for 4 weeks.

I recommend a TON more research before thinking about jumpin into anabolic steroids use.

Cyp has a long halflife, Deca even longer. At 4 weeks the hormones would just be reaching peak levels just to stop the cycle and have almost a month before they clear so you can start recovery. Twelve weeks is a more logical duration but the Deca should end at least a couple weeks before test as 1). it takes longer to clear and 2). Nandralones are much harder on the endocrine system than test, trust me, you do not want to finish up on Deca, run the test longer.

You're definitely not ready for steroids. 22 years old and 165??? Granted I started when I was 23, but I had 8 years of training under my belt and was close to 240 lbs. Do some research on dieting first as that's the most important aspect to any cycle. When you are ready, the cycle you mentioned would be fine, just run for 10-12 weeks, not 4.

I would say be prepared for a massive letdown, the case against running test cyp and deca for 4 weeks can be found in pretty much any thread that talks about them

I was assuming that he followed the instructions of the others that said to take it for 10+ weeks...I agree that four weeks would be a huge waste of money and gear.

even after you are done all the research that you obviously need, you should not use Deca with Test on a FIRST CYCLE.

Use one compound and guage your reaction to it... you're testing the waters, and it's best to keep it simple. The one compound probably should be Testosterone, as it is the best of both anabolic/androgenic worlds and very safe.

You also need to learn how to eat and train... you are way too skinny to be messing around with gear. You can reach your goal by getting a proper individualized diet dialed in and learning how to put on quality weight and strength.

I have to agree with everyone else, but one reason is because of my personal experience.

I graduated from highschool weighing 155 pounds. By the time I was 21 I weighed 205 and that came from working out and eating 4 big meals a day.

I was at least 38 before I did my first cycle.

Test by itself is a perfect first cycle. When you are ready to start it, you will know the reason why. You won't have to ask.
