I am currently on an HRT program but I figured this would be just as relevant in this section..
For me, the longer I do injections the more anxiety I get the next time I take my shot..
I found this article that has some great stuff in it.
The second half is really irrelevant but the first half is some great stuff about why needles scare some of us, why we have anxiety, how to reduce or get rid of injection anxiety..
I hope someone besides me gets something out of this article.
