Definitely yes for traps, delts, biceps, and triceps.
For pecs and lats, probably yes if you have low BF but almost certainly no if your bodyfat is >15%.
I'm at about 17% BF right now, but I carry most in my torso and chest. I could pin my traps with a 5/16", but I'd need a 1" to pin my pecs effectively.
That's my educated guess.
