EST Phera-Vol and Methyl-Vol are genric PP/SD but they are in 15mg isntead of 10mg... i heard there is a slight difference in the make up in the phera-vol which makes it like 85% as effective as Phera-Plex.. is this the reason for the upage of the mg... so is 15mg of the Phera-Vol the same as a 10mg of Phera-Plex.. also the same for the Methyl-Vol and SD??
