anyway, time to get back to doing things i love...

well size, my bro, dont know how beneficial it was for my mind, but definitely not so much for my body! am quite small now as u would imagine, not having trained or eaten anything close to protein for the last 2 yrs almost...
however, plan to change it all around soon, day after tomorrow will find me back at the gym training again, taking my protein, hell i even found an old tub of creatine lying around ! brought a smile to my face!
