Bloodwork questions

I've searched around and found some good info., but had a few more questions.

I saw that a few people mentioned that working out close to have the blood drawn can throw stuff off, and to take up to 3 days off before redrawing. Is that pretty standard?

I've also had a great deal of stress over the past few weeks, with a family crisis and starting a new business. Could this have a noticable effect on the numbers.

I do currently take the basic heart and liver supplements (CoQ10, saw palmetto, policosanol, hawthorne berry). Although I haven't kept up with the RYR or allicin.

Anyway, here are my numbers 4 months after a 4 week Superdrol cycle.

Lipids:
Cholesterol - 230
HDL - 47
LDL - 153
Triglycerides - 152

CHOL/HDL Ratio - 4.89
LDL/HDL Ratio - 3.26

Liver/Kidney Chemistry:
Total Protein - 8.1
Albumin - 4.9
BUN - 17
Bilirubin (Total) - 0.7
Alk Phosphate - 101
AST (SGOT) - 42
ALT (SGPT) - 55
Creatinine - 1.2
Globulin - 2.8

Anything here strike you as "holy ****" scary? I would like to do another 3 week cycle of Superdrol, and I do realize the cost-benefit analysis of this substance in that it will affect my lipids which I'm willing to accept - but are my numbers as they are too high to do another cycle just yet?

Thanks for listening
