Nolva or Clomid for PheraPLEX

Im going to start a cycle of PheraPLEX in two weeks and im not sure what to take for PCT some people say take nolva or clomid and some say both what do you guys think?

Have some Nolva on hand, I doubt you will need it. Small investment.

According to the book, "Building the Perfect Beast" by ALR, Nolva, though the more popular of the two, decreases IGF concentrations.

Just some food for thought.
