Questions on first cycle

This is my first post in the forum. I've hit a plateau that i plan to break through with a short cycle. I'm 26 and i've been training for three years. I switch between two routines during the year due to work commitments, my current routine is:

Tuesday

Bench Press 5x5
Incline Dumbbell Press 3x10
Squat 5x5
Leg Extensions 3x10
Toe presses 3x10

Thursday

Deadlift 5x5
Bent Over Row 5x5
Lateral Pulldowns 3x10
EZ Bar Curls 3x10

Saturday

Powerclean 5x5
Military press 5x5
Shrugs 3x10
Tricep Pressdowns 3x10

I do not know a great deal about steroids and I've been reading a lot lately to try and educate myself. I didn't get a lot of in formation from my supplier only on how to inject.

I have: Sustanon '250' 1ml amps x10
Nandrolone Deconate 2ml amps x5

I was advised to inject 1ml of each every 4 days for the duration.

What i want to know is how can i modify my routine to make the most from this cycle?

Should I take anti estrogens?

And any advice on post cycle therapy from these particular steroids?

I don't plan to start anything until I am much better informed.
Any advice is greatly appreciated
 
you should read read and read some more i read and researched for almost 2 years before i ever used gear

you'll be VERY thankful you waited trust me .. its not a race .. if you are plateauing .. eat more .. what are your stats and your diet?
