    ManBeast Update


    I've just finished week 5 of 10 on my first cycle (it's somewhere, and i'll post it again when i have a lot more time). but I just wanted to let ya'll know i'm alive and whoopin.

    Stats before:
    weight 205
    Arms 15"
    Waist 42"
    calves 15"
    (nothing else lean enough really...)

    stats now:
    weight: 220
    Arms 15.75"
    Waist 41"
    calves 16"

    Been bustin my ass with a very gvt-esq approach. eating 3-400g protien and averaging 3,000 calories a day (tryin to eat healthyish).

    Manbest has made quite the improvement He's def blowing up and looking leaner! A big guy to start w/, but now he's not someone you'd mess with.

    lucky bastard is real receptive to "hardcore" supplements =)

    P.S. Hows the intensity coming along? I'll be in the gym today around 4:15 or so, if you wanna come join me.

    Watching me workout in all my grace may help motivate you and put another 13lbs on ya...lol

    ugh... I'm currently fighting off my (usual it seems) end-of-quarter min-flu thing here, it hit me hard yesterday, but I'm starting to feel better today. I hope to be back hittin it hard for at least 3/5 of the next workout days during finals week, then startin up the post cycle. Still hoverin around 225, but lifts are up, and people are definitely noticing my change in "massisivity" when I wear clothes that aren't baggy as all hell :-)
    Well... I'm off to a long day without the reprise of lifting :-( and damnit... It's back day too! I'll fix this **** fast... go Echinacea(sp?) + zinc + vitamin C!!!

    Feelin a hell of a lot better today, should be back in the weight room on monday, probably ganna hit up a very wierd split, but I'll get as much as i can in before my official "DROP THE VOLUME AND GO POST STYLE" day....

    I should be good to go by tuesday, Finals start then, but there's nothing like finishing up some finals and hittin the gym for a bust-ass mofo of a workout. Man... This sucked

    I did manage to keep all my weight during this sickness period, so I'm still at 225. I keep leaning out while remaining at the same weight as this cycles goes on even though I'm done with the fina, this perplexes me, but I really don't think I'm going to complain too much.
