I've just finished week 5 of 10 on my first cycle (it's somewhere, and i'll post it again when i have a lot more time). but I just wanted to let ya'll know i'm alive and whoopin.

Been bustin my ass with a very gvt-esq approach. eating 3-400g protien and averaging 3,000 calories a day (tryin to eat healthyish).
