Recomp on SD and Zol?

Thinking about doing a recomp on Zol and a smidgeon of SD. I have done previous SD cycles before at 20mg, and the sides didn't really get to me (although I must admit I did not get bloodwork done). Since I'm looking for more of a recomp, I'm thinking of doing the following:

4 weeks -
M-Zol - 150mg
SD - 10mg

Standard PCT and supporting supps.

Current weight: 180, 12% bodyfat. Looking to drop maybe 5 lbs in the next 2 months, while prepping for a contest. Diet/training are in check.

Any thoughts?

I'd go with Zol, low carb/calorie diets don't work well with superdrol

I've heard that low carb/cal diets don't work well because of sides, but how about if dosage is only 10mg?

If I am not mistaken, superdrol is better absorbed in the small intestine with higher fat meals therefore having a lesser impact on the liver. Having said that, if you will be eating very clean in an effort to lose weight, I don't suggest using superdrol at all.
