Tren Enanthate, Anavar, Ephedrine, T-3 and DNP.
Tren Enanthate with Anavar for 6 weeks then 3 weeks off with NAC, Red Rice Yeast, Co-enzyme Q-10, Bilberry and blueberry extract with plenty of cranberry juice and water. Then Dnp at 200mg/day first week. bump up to 400mg second with with 50mcg of T-3 for week 2-4. Add 25mg of ephedrine twice daily week 3-4.
Make sure you drink plenty of V-8 juice to replenish pottasium from constant sweat and heat generated. Cranberry juice to detoxify liver and kidneys and drink atleast 2 gallons of water daily.

Try doing treadmill on a 15 degree incline, that will melt the fat off

I agree. Cardio in the morning on a empty stomach, exactly how FnF is describing is a great way to lose bf while maintaining muscle. Just keep heartrate in check. Diet is your main concern in getting shredded.Originally Posted by FitnFirm

Go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal figure out how many calories you eat then modify. Drugs are used in conjunction with diet and exercise you are what you eat. They add to an exhisting base for additional support. I would use caffeine and a clean diet. Adding muscle to your body burns more calories in the long term, doing cardio watching your heart rate and maintaining acceptable levels makes your body metabolise fat instead of sugar. lastly asap had some good ones, but id do everything else 10x first.
