Im 22 y/o Male 6'2' 190lbs ecto. My goal is to hit 200 with gains i can keep. some bloat is okay. I have ran 2 cycles of M1t pre ban and still have some but want to try something new. I bought some supps and am planning my cycle.
PreCycle: 2g Nac, 1.2g Milk thistle ED 1week before
fish or flax oil 1week before(not sure which is better)
OnCycle: 10mg PheraPlex 1st 3days
20mg PP weeks 1,2,3,
20-30mg PP week 4 (depending on gains off of 20mg)
3 tabs AX perfect cycle
fish or flax oil (not sure of a good dose or which is better)
Would like to know which i should add: coqx10, celery seed, RYR, or Hawthorne???
Throughout cycle & post cycle therapy: Whey protein, Casein protein before bed, +3500 calories of food, 2 ON opti-men tabs, 4-5 days workout a week.
PCT: 1.2 g CEE thunder nonWO days, 2.4 CEE thunder WO days
DS ReboundXT (not sure how i should dose) 4 weeks
DS LeanXtreme 3 a day?
4 caps Dymatize Z-force 4 weeks
4g NAC 2.4g Milk thistle 2 weeks
I have some 6oxo too but im not sure which i should use RXT or 6oxo. 6oxo is kinda expensive and i'd like to save it for a stronger cycle.
Should I buy some liquid nolva or E-form(formastane spray)? If I should buy these should i use them if i have signs of gyno or increased estogen or just use it during my PCT? because I heard that PP isn't that bad and Rebound or 6oxo is good enough. Im particularlly concerned on my PCT, because i'm sure my on-cycle is fine.
Can anyone give me feedback on this cycle or advice etc.? I would definately apprieciate any help. :think:
