Oral formula for Raloxifen

Can I just use a bit of heat and PEG 600 to get Raloxifen to dissolve and keep it stable as you would use to get Tamoxifen Citrate to dissolve and become stable? Have anyone successfully got raloxifen in an oral liquid formula?
