    Besides Protein Powder, AAS/Pro-steroids and vitamins what other 2 supps do you use every day?

  2. Sesamin, Glucosamine/Chondroitin, Magnesium, Fish/Flax Oil

  3. Glucosamine/Chrondroitin, L-theanine, rhodiola, milk thistle, garlic, green tea, some type of fat burner (AMP, ECA cycled) creatine, tyrosine and GABA or melatonin for sleep. This does not count other supps I throw in every once in a while such as phenibut, ALCAR or chocamine powder. (I'm sure I left out a few) I also have so much stuff just sitting in my cabinet that I never use. "My name is papa g and I'm a suppaholic"

  4. lot more then two I can tell you that but the chief ones are ALA and milk thistle.

  5. Typically: Fish oil, green tea, caffeine, ALA, ALCAR, caffeine, choline, taurine, creatine, garlic, Citrulline malate, BCAA's, caffeine, calcium, magnesium, zinc, caffeine, DMAE, tyrosine, hyperzine, vinpocetine and caffeine.

  6. I had (1)BCAA's, (2)Glutamine & (3)Aminogen added into my protein powder, otherwise i would be supplementing them. Other than that...
    (4)EPA/DHA
    (5)time released Garlic
    (6)Liv 52

  7. Yep,
    ALA, milk thistle, CLA, EFA, I cycle on and off of some type of fat burner/energy pills, creatine, glutamine, taurine, melatonin, sometimes some benadryl to help sleep

    That's about it for every day use. I use a few other things occasionally, but you asked for every day stuff...

  8. BCAA's, Omega-3, Multi-vitamin, and i cycle a fat burner every so often.

  14. Fish oil, green tea (from c2 and cAMPHI), potassium.

  15. Cissus Q on and off but frequently, Uni-Liver.

  16. fish oil, caffiene/ephedrine on off, dessicated liver (beverly nutrition ultra 40's!!!)

  17. ALCAR, R-ALA, green tea, vitamin C, tyrosine, leucine (BCAA's if consumer confidence is high), creatine mono

  23. Yeah, so we don't follow directions very well here on AM.

    Cro asked for 2 supps - most of us listed about 87 we take a day.

  24. I take vitamin E and a calcium magnesium pill on top of my protein and other stuff.
