I'm back. Held about 8lbs from last cycle.

I'm starting up again soon. Gathering up gear. I've been off cycle for about 9 months. Need a bit of refresher....

I have a bunch of these 2ml/100mg Nan Decanoate. If I recall these are a FAST esther. How often do I need to use them? Do I take one bottle 2x week for 400mg? Or do I need to shoot 100mg every other day?

I'll be using 500-750mg of TEST as well.

Please advise.

Well, I'm told this is the regular DECA. That is good news! But out of curiousity.. What is the fast esther DECA? I recall there was a type that had to be used more frequently at around 100mg a dose.

Anyone know?
