My first cycle of test

I would like to have your opinion about my first steroid cycle, my problem is that, like a newbie , i fear quit a bit the side effects of steroids. My worst fear is body hormonal supression (becoming impotent for the rest of my days) and the substances that i´m going to take i know that are in the top of the list to supress natural test levels. My possible cycles are:

week 1-9 testoviron depot (1 week injection 250mg)

or

week 1-9 sustenon ( 1 week injection 250mg)

or

deca durabolin 1-9 (1 week injection)


In what reguards to side effects\gains what substance should i choose?
Whwn should i start taking nolvadex?


my pct will be week 10-12 40mg clomid
week 12-14 20mg clomid


by the ay i´m almost 24 years old and i´m 1,73m 80kg(i don´t know how to convert sorry)

Well you should probably take the time and search the board before coming on here and asking the type of question that you did. If you did search, then you would know that a deca only cycle is a big no no. Also you would have found that 250mg of test a week is not enough to really get any results. Also, if you did sustanon, you would have to inject ED or even 2x a day because of the very short half life of it.

So, my advice to you, is to continue to read up on these products, spend some time on this board and look around.

Hey man! Go with test ( your choice, I like test E or cyp for a first cycle but it is up to you). Never use deca alone .. As for the dose it is kinda low ( unless just using for HRT and not mass gains) Some people do get away with only 250 mg every week but I would say 500 mg per week of test is the most advised way ( usally test e or cyp shot twice a week once mon once thurs).. You going to get shut down when using test no matter at what dose. You will fully recover during PCT if you use the right one ( in most cases).. Your pct doses are to low on the clomid . I would never go under 50mg ED and add nolva at 20 mg ED at least if you choose to use those compounds. You will have to spend some time researching your pct as there are many different ways but your listed protocol is not a proper pct.. Hope this helps and good luck with your cycle.. Make sure your diet and training are on point as this is the most important aspect of your cycle..

thanks for the answer, i know i should not posted there simply deca. It´s just that i have acess to these tree substances and don´t know what to use better. i know that the dosages are the minimum to aquire anabolic efects and that the standart dosage should of testoviron is situated at 500-750mg week and also 3 days injections are needed to aquire the full potencial of sustenon and their diferent forms of test.
I´m sorry i didn´t explain myself correctly, i just want to know what should i use because i don´t want to mix test with deca or deca with sust. I don´t seek an exagerated quantity of mass, but i know that test will always be the best.

Just go with the test, and run it @500mg/ week for 10-16 weeks.

i don´t want to mix test with deca or deca with sust.

Sust is test, just a blend of short and long acting esters.
Testosterone propionate 30 mg
Testosterone phenylpropionate 60 mg
Testosterone isocaproate 60 mg
Testosterone decanoate 100 mg

Testoviron is enanthate (long halflife).

I would run sust at 750 ew for weeks 1-4 taking advantage of the prop (short ester) to get test levels up and then swith over to the enanthate at 500 ew for weeks 5-12. Start PCT after week 15 to allow time for the enanthate ester clear. IMO
