    I dunno man, muscle milk is really harsh on the liver and highly estrogenic. Go with esterfied Breast Milk, 2cc's a day.

    look guys everyone has to start somewhere and this is my first cycle. so if i dont asking questions then i wont know. How the heck am i suppose to find these things out if i dont ask? I thought this was a place where i could get some answers, but i guess not.

    the thing is, your line of questioning is so very very fundamental and entry level that you expose yourself as being very far from knowledgeable a nd experienced to be coming anywhere near running a cycle of any kind.

    Creatine, protein, solid training and good rest should work for you for a long while before you can get caught up on all the the basics that you need to learn before you cycle anything.
